LJ Norman
I’m LJ Norman, a UX and product designer, founder of Norman Design Company, and dad to two daughters who keep my “why” pretty close to home. I blend 13 years of web design experience with a BA in Communication from the University of Washington Tacoma and an MS in User-Centered Design from Brandeis University to help mission driven teams make their digital experiences clearer, more accessible, and easier to act on.
My work focuses on humanity centered design for conservation districts, regenerative farmers, and service based businesses, connecting solid UX research with measurable outcomes like better conversions, stronger engagement, and more resilient communities

I’m Austin Roseberry, co owner and partner at Norman Design Company. I work alongside LJ to turn messy ideas into clear roadmaps, keeping projects moving from first conversation through launch so clients are never left guessing about what happens next. My focus is on operations, client relationships, and making sure our digital ecosystems are not just well designed, but reliable, maintainable, and grounded in real world impact for conservation districts, regenerative agriculture, and service based teams.
